    Refund Policy

    1. Overview

    At WorkHerholic, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. This Refund Policy covers paywalled content, job board postings, and other digital products sold through our platform. If you are unhappy with a purchase, please review the conditions below to see if you qualify for a refund.

    2. Paywalled Content & Subscriptions

    Premium articles, newsletters, and membership content fall under our digital-content refund rules:

    • Monthly memberships — You may cancel at any time. Refunds for the current billing period are available if no more than 7 days have elapsed since payment and you have not accessed new paywalled content during that period.
    • Annual memberships — Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have accessed fewer than 3 paywalled pieces. After 14 days, refunds are prorated for the unused months.
    • One-time article unlocks — Non-refundable once the article has been opened or scrolled past the paywall threshold.

    3. Job Board Postings

    Employers and recruiters purchasing job post credits or featured listings are covered as follows:

    • Unpublished job posts — Full refund if the job has not gone live within 48 hours of purchase.
    • Published job posts — Refundable within 72 hours of going live if the post receives fewer than 10 unique views, excluding bot traffic.
    • Featured / sponsored listings — 50% refundable if cancellation is requested before the start date; non-refundable once the campaign period has begun.
    • Bulk credit packs — Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Credits that have been applied to a live job post are considered consumed.

    4. Digital Products & Downloads

    Templates, guides, e-books, and other downloadable products:

    • Free resources — No charge, no refund needed.
    • Paid downloads — Refundable within 7 days if the file is corrupt or materially different from its description. Refunds may be denied if the download has been accessed more than 3 times or if the content has been reproduced or shared.

    5. Events & Workshops

    Tickets or access passes for live or recorded events hosted by WorkHerholic:

    • Live events — Full refund up to 48 hours before the event start time. No refund within 48 hours unless the event is cancelled by WorkHerholic.
    • Recorded replays — Refundable within 3 days of purchase if the replay link is broken or the content is unavailable.

    6. How to Request a Refund

    Send an email to billing@workherholic.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

    • The email address used for the purchase
    • Order or invoice number (if available)
    • Reason for the refund request
    • Date of purchase

    We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

    7. Chargebacks & Disputes

    Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider before contacting us may delay resolution and could result in account suspension. We encourage you to reach out to our billing team first so we can resolve the issue directly.

    8. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of paid services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
